Shipping Policy

SevenOne Import Co. delivers products across Pakistan through available delivery and courier services.

Delivery Time

The normal estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 days, depending on the customer's city or location.

Delivery may take longer because of courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area delivery, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

SevenOne currently states that there are no shipping charges on paid orders.

Non-paid orders may be charged shipping costs according to the applicable delivery location and order circumstances.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.

Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, SevenOne may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order.

For certain orders, customers may be asked to make payment after order confirmation before the order is shipped.

Delivery Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

If an incorrect address or unreachable phone number causes a delivery failure, additional delivery charges or other arrangements may apply.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to receive an order, is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts, or provides incorrect delivery information, SevenOne may recover applicable delivery or return-to-origin charges where appropriate.

Customers who no longer want an order should contact SevenOne as soon as possible rather than refusing the package at delivery.

Large Products

Some ride-on cars, jeeps, fitness equipment and other large products may require special delivery arrangements.

Delivery conditions and charges for such products may vary depending on destination and product size.

Damaged Packages

Customers should inspect the package upon delivery where possible.

If a product appears damaged, customers should photograph/video the package and product and contact SevenOne immediately.
